Fun fact: King Parrots are so friendly, they’ll sometimes eat straight from your hand—if you’ve got snacks, they’re your new best mate, as long as you stay still and gentle. Unlike noisy cockatoos, King Parrots and quite gentle and peaceful.
They're only found in Australia, mostly along the east coast from Queensland to Victoria.
Male King Parrots are bright red and green, while females have green heads and red bellies - so you can tell them apart just by looking.
