We want you to keep enjoy our jewellery for a very long time. So...
- Getting them wet is NOT advised
- We apply a resin coating. Resin is strong and durable but should be treated like a ceramic as it can damage if dropped or knocked against a hard surface.
- If the resin scratches or scuffs over time... you can restore its sheen by simply buffing with a small amount of baby oil
- To clean simply wipe with a soft cloth
- Do not store in direct sunlight or at high temperatures
Current processing time is a maximum of 3-5 business days - excluding postage. Most orders are being processed within 1 business days.
Unless otherwise requested and paid for all packages will be sent through standard Australia post. Express post upgrades can be purchased at an additional cost. National delivery times vary from 1 day to 14 days depending on location & any impacts from covid-19. International delivery can vary between 5-21 day - there are currently delays on international post due to Covid-19 (some countries more severe than others) please check with your national postal service for updates and also Australia post for any timeline indicators. In some cases we are experiencing international shipping delays of over 8 weeks.
Smyle Designs is responsible for any loss or damage of your product up until the point of delivery to your specified address. Should an item not be delivered or be delivered damaged please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. For damaged items we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Smyle Designs is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
Please be aware, as stated in our product listings, the image provided on each product page is a guide only.
We gladly accept exchanges.
Just contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 7 days of delivery
We do not accept returns or cancellations. But please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged;
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale, samples, seconds
- Items that have been worn
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Product Care - Resin Care and Jewellery Fixings

To restore sheen to your resin jewellery, simply apply a basic moisturiser or natural oil.
To clean, simply wipe down with a soft cloth and reapply a moisturiser or natural oil.
To maximise your products life and colour do not store in direct sunlight or at high temperatures. If exposed to heat and sunlight slight discolouration may occur. Do not get wet.
Our earring posts are hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel.
Any questions about your pieces and how to care for them please do not hesitate to ask.
Accidents do Happen
We understand in life accidents can happen. If you damage or break your pieces in any way please do not hesitate to contact us for advice on how to mend them or send them to our workshop for repair. All postage costs for repairs are the responsibility of the buyer. Prior to sending in your pieces into our workshop please contact us on email@example.com
All of our products are made with the utmost of care. We take pride in our work. When creating our pieces we use a variety of unique and complex techniques to achieve our beautiful aesthetic. So please keep in mind that like all things in life wearable art will wear.
